Complete Pretreatment Process Flow

The system integrates multiple treatment stages to achieve high-quality surface preparation:

1. Pre-Degreasing

The initial cleaning stage removes loose oil, dust, and surface contaminants, preparing the workpieces for deeper chemical treatment.

2. Degreasing

A chemical cleaning process is applied to thoroughly remove grease, oil residues, and organic contaminants from the metal surface, improving the effectiveness of subsequent treatment steps.

3. Rinse Stage 1

The first rinsing stage removes residual chemicals from the previous cleaning process and reduces contamination carryover.

4. Rinse Stage 2

5. Acid Treatment
