Production Line

Our factory is located in Shenzhou City, Hengshui, Hebei Province, covering a total area of 5300㎡. The company's main products are coating equipment and energy-saving environmental protection equipment, with an annual production capacity of 20 sets.

The workshop is equipped with advanced machinery for sheet metal and precision mechanical processing, such as CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, large laser cutting machines, and pressing machines, ensuring production efficiency and quality.

Factory workshop and equipment:

There are 30 workers in the factory, including a comprehensive range of specialized trades such as grinders, welders, laser cutting operators, shearing machine operators, bending workers, and rolling workers, with certified welders and skilled personnel proficient in CAD software for programming and laser cutting. They strictly follow design requirements to ensure welding quality and adhere to blueprint and construction specifications during work. Workers regularly receive skill training to enhance their abilities.

The factory enforces strict regulations for safe production. Workers are required to wear clean uniforms and appropriate protective gear based on their roles, ensuring safety in the workplace.
