Versatile Processing for Metal Parts
This automated powder coating production line is engineered to handle metal parts of various sizes and geometries, offering outstanding flexibility and processing capability. The spray booth is constructed from high-quality PVC material, providing excellent chemical resistance, durability, and ease of maintenance. The system utilizes a Power & Free overhead conveyor, ensuring efficient, flexible, and well-controlled movement of workpieces throughout the entire coating process.Manual loading and unloading stations are incorporated to enhance adaptability, allowing precise handling of diverse part configurations and production requirements.
Customized Solutions and Quotation
Each of our powder coating production lines is carefully engineered to match your specific product characteristics and operational demands. To provide an accurate and competitive quotation, we require detailed technical parameters, such as:
We welcome you to share a comprehensive specification sheet with us. Through detailed technical discussion, our engineering team will develop a solution that is fully optimized for your production needs.By working closely with our clients, we ensure that every system delivers maximum efficiency, consistent quality, and long-term reliability.
Powder Coating Process
Our powder coating line follows a well-structured process to ensure superior coating performance and durability:
1. Surface Preparation
Workpieces are thoroughly cleaned and degreased to remove oil, dust, and contaminants, creating an ideal surface for coating adhesion.
2. Pre-Treatment
Chemical treatments such as phosphating or conversion coating are applied to improve corrosion resistance and enhance powder adhesion.
3. Drying
After pre-treatment, parts pass through drying ovens to eliminate residual moisture, ensuring a clean and dry surface before coating.
4. Powder Coating Application
Electrostatically charged powder is sprayed onto grounded metal parts, ensuring uniform and efficient coverage across all surfaces.
5. Powder Curing
Coated parts enter curing ovens, where the powder melts, flows, and chemically cross-links to form a durable, continuous coating film.
6. Cooling
After curing, the parts are cooled to stabilize the coating and preserve its mechanical and visual properties.
7. Quality Inspection
A comprehensive inspection is conducted to verify coating thickness, adhesion, appearance, and overall quality, ensuring compliance with required standards.
