The Process of Powder Coating Line:
 
1. Surface Preparation:

The powder coating process begins with comprehensive surface treatment of aluminum profiles. This critical initial phase establishes the essential bonding foundation for coating adhesion. Typical preparation involves:

  • Chemical cleaning to eliminate oils and grease

  • Mechanical abrasion for optimal surface profile

  • Contaminant removal to ensure pristine substrate conditions

2. Pre-Treatment:

Following surface preparation, aluminum profiles receive specialized pre-treatment to optimize:

  • Coating adhesion - Creates an ideal surface for powder bonding

Standard Pre-Treatment Methods Include:
