The Process of Powder Coating Line:
 
1. Surface Preparation: The powder coating process begins with surface preparation, a critical step to ensure optimal adhesion of the coating. This involves cleaning, degreasing, and removing any contaminants from the aluminum surfaces, preparing them for subsequent treatment.
