The Process of Powder Coating Line:

1. Surface Preparation:	The powder coating process begins with surface preparation, a critical step to ensure optimal adhesion of the coating. This involves cleaning, degreasing, and removing any contaminants from the aluminum surfaces, preparing them for subsequent treatment.
2. Pre-Treatment:	Following surface preparation, the aluminum profiles undergo pre-treatment to enhance both coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. Pre-treatment methods may include chemical cleaning, phosphating, or chromate conversion coating. These processes condition the aluminum surface for better powder adhesion and improved coating performance.
3. Drying:	Once pre-treated, the aluminum profiles are conveyed through drying ovens to eliminate any residual moisture. Ensuring the aluminum is completely dry is essential for achieving proper powder coating adhesion and finish quality.
4. Powder Coating Application:	With the profiles thoroughly dried, they are ready for powder coating application.
