Product Description

This is a glass lubricant spraying production line for forging. The sprayed workpieces are forgings of various shapes, and their materials are titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, and high-strength steels. The spraying method combines automatic spraying and aditonal manual coating. The conveyor system of this production line is a heavy-duty accumulation type to convey workpieces. Maximum workpiece weight up to 2 tons.

Titanium alloy forgings need to be coated with a glass protective lubricant on the surface before forging. The glass protective lubricant can prevent oxidation during the heating and forging process of the forging.
